Welcome to Sendo. By accessing or using our service at sndo.app ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Sendo, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use our Service.
2. Description of Service
Sendo provides link management and analytics services, including:
- URL shortening with custom short codes
- Click tracking and analytics
- Custom domain support (Pro and above)
- API access (Pro and above)
- QR code generation
- Link routing and management features
3. Account Registration
3.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Sendo. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Providing accurate and complete information
4. Acceptable Use Policy
4.1 Prohibited Uses
You may not use Sendo to:
- Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Engage in phishing, scams, or fraudulent activities
- Share illegal content (piracy, child exploitation, etc.)
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Harass, threaten, or abuse others
- Spam or send unsolicited messages
- Circumvent or manipulate our systems
- Resell or redistribute our service without authorization
- Create links to adult content (except on Enterprise plans with prior approval)
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
⚠️ Important: Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
4.2 Content Monitoring
We reserve the right to monitor links and content for compliance. We may remove or disable links that violate these Terms.
5. Subscription Plans and Billing
5.1 Plan Limits
Each plan has specific limits on links, clicks, and features. Exceeding limits may result in service interruption until you upgrade.
5.2 Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
- Prices are in EUR (€) and exclude applicable taxes
- You authorize recurring charges to your payment method
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
5.3 Refunds
- No refunds for partial months or unused service
- 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers (excluding Free plan)
- Refunds for service outages exceeding SLA (Enterprise only)
5.4 Plan Changes
- Upgrades: Take effect immediately; prorated charges apply
- Downgrades: Take effect at next billing cycle
- Cancellation: Access continues until end of billing period
6. Data Ownership and Rights
6.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of your links and data. By using Sendo, you grant us a license to:
- Store and process your links and analytics data
- Display your content as necessary to provide the Service
- Use anonymized, aggregated data for service improvements
6.2 Our Intellectual Property
Sendo's software, design, branding, and features are our property. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or reverse engineer our Service
- Use our trademarks without permission (except White-label customers)
- Create derivative works based on our Service
7. Service Availability and Uptime
7.1 Service Level
- Free/Starter: Best-effort basis, no SLA
- Pro: 99.5% uptime target
- Business: 99.9% uptime target
- Enterprise: Custom SLA (up to 99.99%)
7.2 Maintenance
We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. Emergency maintenance may occur without notice.
8. Termination
8.1 By You
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period.
8.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
- Fail to pay for your subscription
- Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
- Request account deletion
8.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your links will stop redirecting after 30 days
- You can export your data within 30 days
- We will delete your data per our retention policy
- No refunds for early termination (except as stated)
9. Disclaimers and Limitations
9.1 No Warranty
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
9.2 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SENDO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Lost profits, data, or business opportunities
- Damages exceeding fees paid in the last 12 months
9.3 Third-Party Content
We are not responsible for content accessed through shortened links or third-party integrations.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Sendo harmless from any claims arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Content you share or link to
11. API Usage
API access is subject to additional terms:
- Rate limits apply per plan
- API keys must be kept secure
- Abuse or excessive use may result in throttling or suspension
- API availability is not guaranteed for Free/Starter plans
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via:
- Email notification 30 days in advance
- Prominent notice in your dashboard
- Updated "Last Modified" date
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Dispute Resolution
13.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13.2 Arbitration
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except you may bring claims in small claims court.
13.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in class actions.
14. General Provisions
14.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any plan-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sendo.
14.2 Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
14.3 Assignment
You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them without restriction.
14.4 No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right doesn't waive that right.
