How do I create a short link?

After logging in, go to your dashboard and enter the long URL you want to shorten. Optionally, you can choose a custom short code. Click "Create Link" and your short link will be generated instantly.

Can I edit a link after creating it?

Yes! Pro and above plans can edit the destination URL of existing links without changing the short code. This feature is available in your dashboard under each link's settings.

How do I set up a custom domain?

Custom domains are available on Pro plans and above. Go to Settings → Domains, add your domain, and follow the DNS configuration instructions. We'll verify your domain automatically once DNS records are set up.

What analytics data do you track?

We track clicks, geographic location (country/city), device types, browsers, operating systems, and referrers. All data is pseudonymized and GDPR compliant.

How long do links stay active?

Links remain active as long as your account is active. You can also set expiration dates on individual links (Pro+). After account deletion, links stop working after 30 days.

Can I use the API?

Yes! API access is available on Pro plans and above. You can create, manage, and track links programmatically. See our API Documentation for details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. Enterprise customers can arrange invoice billing.

How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Go to Settings → Billing in your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers (excluding Free plan). Contact support@sndo.app to request a refund.

Is my data secure?

Yes! We use industry-standard security including TLS/SSL encryption, AES-256 encryption at rest, and regular security audits. See our Security page for complete details.

Are you GDPR compliant?

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. You'll have 30 days to export your data before permanent deletion. This action cannot be undone.
